Fraud Waste and Abuse Interview/Interrogation, Testifying, and Report Writing

This course will prepare the healthcare fraud investigator to discern when to interview vs. conduct an interrogation and write a summary interview report that is appropriate for a court of law. The course will also cover how to testify in court in a trial setting from former law enforcement instructors that are expert witnesses. A special focus will be on a large fraud case wherein the students will follow the evidence, conduct interviews, testify, and write reports. This course begins on 6/26/24 and ends on 8/13/24.
